Role of Parental Bonding and Eating Disorder-Related Core Beliefs in ARFID

Participants needed


Researchers at the University of Oxford are recruiting for a study investigating the role of parental bonding and eating disorder-related core beliefs in ARFID (avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder).



They are exploring potential differences in parental bonding experiences and eating disorder-related beliefs across three groups of people, and are looking for:

 

  1. People with a diagnosis of ARFID or suspect they might have ARFID
  2. People with a diagnosis of Anorexia Nervosa or suspect they might have Anorexia Nervosa
  3. People with no diagnosed or suspected eating disorder


You are eligible to take part if you are:

  • 16 years of age or older
  • Fluent in English
  • Living in UK, Republic of Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand


What will be involved:

  • Filling in a series of questionnaires which will take approximately 20-30 minutes
