  • Everyone Moves at a Different Pace
  • It's Okay to Acknowledge Feelings About how our Bodies Change
  • The Rainbow of Body Neutrality
  • Food Does More Than Help You Grow Physically

...what you eat

Food rules or moral labels like “good” and “bad” can oversimply health. Remembering that eating is influenced by culture, access, well-being and enjoyment can help us recognize that all foods can have a place in a flexible, nourishing diet. Use this poster to promote a compassionate and flexible view of food and eating.

...how you look

We may assume that health has a certain look — defined by body size, shape, age or ability. However, true indicators of health often lie beneath the surface. Use this poster to highlight the diverse and often invisible factors that influence health.

...how you move

Health isn’t defined just by how much or how intensely you move. Ability, access, enjoyment and rest all matter for our overall well-being, too. Use this poster to encourage a more compassionate view of health beyond exercise.

...what you see

Social media can make it seem like health has a single look or can be achieved by a single diet or fitness regimen. When in reality, health looks different for every person and cannot be captured by a single image or trend. This poster invites reflection on the diverse, real-life experiences of health, beyond curated online content.
