Refund/Exchange Policy: Due to limited resources, NEDIC is unable to accept returns or exchanges on purchased materials other than on t-shirts. T-shirts may be exchanged for a different size within 30 days of receipt and as long as the item has not been worn and is received by NEDIC in good condition. Please Contact Us for more information.
Damaged or Lost Goods Policy: NEDIC makes every attempt to package all materials appropriately so that they will arrive in good condition. Due to the small margins of profit to ensure affordability, we are unable to assume responsibility for damaged materials or materials lost due to postal or other services. We are able to provide a 10% discount on a replacement order. Please Contact Us for more information.
Processing & Delivery: Orders are processed within five business days and sent by Canada Post. Rush orders will only be accepted if resources permit. An additional charge may be applicable.
Shipping & Handling Fees: Due to the high cost of poster tubes, each poster order will be charged an additional $5.00 per tube; this charge will be in addition to the regular charges of $3.00 or 15 % of purchase. Please note that approximately 10 posters will fit into one tube. You may request posters folded into an envelope at no additional cost. Non-poster orders will remain at a minimum charge of $3.00 or 15% of purchase, whichever is higher.
Pricing Policy: Prices noted on this website are the most recent and accurate prices for NEDIC materials. In the event of a discrepancy between an earlier printed price list and the website prices, the amounts noted on the website price list will be accepted as accurate.
