Crisis services description
When we receive clients in crisis, we do a thorough assessment, then decide whether she or he should be transfer to another service, or refer to emergency or take care of the client here in our clinic. All depend on the severity, acuteness, and the available services.
Eating disorder awareness, education and/or prevention description
Do research, find resources and provide clients with evidence based theories and tools to help them function better in their daily life, encourage to attend any pertinent informative event.
Healthy lifestyle activities and programs description
Encourage clients to adopt health life style, provide persuasive arguments to promote adoption of healthy diet, physical activities, other activities that help to positively divert negative thoughts. provide reading materials that promote the benefits of healthy life styles
Treatment description
We practice among others: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectic Behavioural Therapy, encourage change, emphasis on the advantages of change. Provide actual and true testimonials from previous clients, connect them with previous successful clients. Assess regularly and provide needed lacks to prevent regular falls. Educate about environment they live (how risky or not that environment is)

Sliding scale depends on the income of the client: We charge only if the client makes at least 40,000 a year with a 45 fees per session.
