Advocacy/health system reform services description
Advocate on behalf of enhanced treatment services and resources for those with eating disorders.
Crisis services description
Through mental health emergency crisis services at (902) 567-7767.
Eating disorder awareness, education and/or prevention description
Promote knowledge about eating disorders through public educational activities. Liaise with other relevant groups/organizations with similar interests to advance advocacy, education and prevention of eating disorders.
Treatment description
Treatment through outpatient groups addressing a variety of concerns associated with eating disorders e.g. body image and self-esteem issues, addictions, anxiety and mood disorders, OCD, trauma and PTSD.
