Service Details

Personal philosophy on food/weight issues is non-dieting, weight acceptance.
Treatment description
Treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. Individual sessions for eating disorders and pediatric feeding disorders. Other associated areas of treatment such as depression, anxiety, self esteem, body dysmorphic disorder, relationship and couples counselling, post traumatic stress, and grief are offered. Services may be covered by an insurance plan.
