Service Details

Personal philosophy on food/weight issues is non-dieting, weight acceptance.
Eating disorder awareness, education and/or prevention description
Our workshops are free and open to all genders ages 16 and older, including our clients, community members, families, and service providers. You do not need to have an eating disorder to attend, only a desire to have a more balanced and peaceful relationship with food and your body.
Treatment description
We provide community-based service to all genders. Our treatment program is most appropriate for adults experiencing eating disorders, including binge eating.

Services include:
- assessment
- treatment groups
- nutrition counselling
- coaching sessions and workshops for family and friends
- consultation to Manitoba service providers on eating disorders
- referral information for eating disorder services
- workshops are open to community members with concerns about body image, eating, self-esteem, and general wellness
