HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Rooms are being held at selected Toronto hotels from May 3 to May 6, 2007.  The number of rooms is very limited and available for reservation on a first-come basis.  Closing date for hotel reservation is Tuesday, March 13, 2007.  Early booking is highly recommended.

The following room rates exclude taxes (currently 6% GST, 5% PST & 3% DMF).

                        Double or Twin            CDN$99.00

     Located at the conference venue

• Includes a buffet breakfast daily
• The entire facility is non-smoking.  Apart from the breakfast room, there are no restaurants or room services available in the Residence.  Restaurants are located nearby.
• The Residence has a 24-hour front desk, fitness room, pay laundry, and hair salon.
• Rooms have one or two double beds, a private washroom, telephone, and a writing desk.
• Rooms do not have TV (a TV common room is located on each level).
• Rooms are cleaned prior to arrival & then every seven days only.

• Cancellation must be received at least two days prior to arrival to avoid penalty.  Cancellations received less than two days prior will have one night accommodation and tax applied to your credit card.  If accommodation is not cancelled prior to arrival, the total number of room nights booked will be charged to your credit card.

      RATES:       Single or Double         CDN$155.00

      Located a 10 minute walk from the conference venue

• Four star hotel featuring six restaurants & lounges, health club, indoor pool, saunas, room service, concierge, business centre, shops, hairdresser.
• Rooms have one king or queen-sized bed, or two double beds, a private washroom, terry robes, three telephone lines with voice mail, cable TV with movies, desk, mini bar, daily maid service.

1. 89 Chestnut Residence

A very limited number of rooms are available at the 89 Chestnut Residence.  These may only be booked through the NEDIC Secretariat.   Please see contact Doreen at 416-465-8756 or via email at Doreen.nedic@sympatico to book.  A one-night deposit will be collected on booking.

2.         The Delta Chelsea Hotel

Please contact the hotel reservations directly, as follows:
